Unless otherwise stated, our service features "all you can eat" 2 hour grill station & buffet service. Extended time available; Additional 1/2 hr $75. Additional 1 hour $125.
Time extension must be added prior to your event date.

Include in price: Glossy "quality" plastic white or black 10" plates w/forks & knives, 2ply white dinner napkins.
"Better" Serviceware Upgrade features: Premium hard plastic white 10.25" Dinner plates w/dual edge silver pipping around plate edge for upscale look. Rolled Cutlery (premium white disposable napkin, sturdy "silver look" fork & knife) $1.95 per set. (Note: you can request for your cutlery not to be rolled - this works best if you are having "linen napkins)
"Best" Serviceware Upgrade features: 10.5" China Dinner Plate, Stainless Steel Fork & Knife, 2ply White Dinner Napkin. $2.95pp fee will apply

Additional Wait person (s) over and beyond what is included in typical service are available - hourly rate is $35; Minimum of 2 hours.
If you wish to extend the service time for your wait staff so they can continue to take care of you and your guests needs after dinner service is complete; let us know!

Fee is calculated / assessed by using round trip travel time & number of miles from our facility to your event site.
Client is responsible to obtain appropriate park permits & cover park entrance fee for our catering staff.

All entrees are prepared fresh over an open flame and presented to your guests grill side encouraging a festive approach to your outdoor event.
Please let us know if you would like a quote on tents, tables (long, round or hi-top), chairs, lighting, dance floors. Fully functioning portable wash room facilities.
