Rolled Cutlery (premium white disposable napkin, sturdy “silver look” fork & knife) $1.95 per set. (Note: you can request for your cutlery not to be rolled - this works best if you are having “ linen” napkins)

Additional Wait person (s) over and beyond what is included in typical service are available - hourly rate is $35; Minimum of 2 hours.
