While assembling, our team selects only the freshest breads including: Chabbita, Italian, flour Tortillas, Pita, Barrel Rye, Wheat, Kaiser & hero buns. In addition, your guests will dive into our Chicken & Tuna Salad nestled on a bed of romaine & seated in flaky bakery Croissants.

Menu presentation features: Decorative platters, some staged at various heights, chilled decorative bowls for display of side dishes. Gary’s staff will bus client tables, take care of trash upkeep, setup and teardown buffet at conclusion of event. Package up remaining leftovers.
