"Better" Serviceware Upgrade features: Premium hard plastic white 10.25" Dinner plates w/dual edge silver pipping around plate edge for upscale look. Rolled Cutlery (premium white disposable napkin, sturdy "silver look" fork & knife) $1.50 per set. (Note: you can request for your cutlery not to be rolled - this works best if you are having "linen napkins)

If you feel on your event date that you need a little extra help, Gary's Catering can assist you!

Additional Wait person (s) over and beyond what is included in typical service are available - hourly rate is $40; Minimum of 2 hours.

 

If you wish to extend the service time for your wait staff so they can continue to take care of you and your guests needs after dinner service is complete; let us know!
